Danielle and Jon were married on a bright summer day at the Ballard Bay Club. This wedding was a labor of love for all the vendors included and for the bride who DIYed many of the special elements for her big day.
I went on an epic hunt for pampas grass for this beach-boho wedding but after trying to source it from three different places over about four months, we used feathers as a replacement.
One of my favorite elements of the wedding were the centerpieces, with unique driftwood pieces for each table which the bride and groom handpicked and prepped.
I made two floral crowns for the bride to wear, one for ceremony and one for reception because it was such a warm day, I wanted everything to look really fresh.
All the bouts were slightly different with purples and greens.
The bouquets were all tied with pieces of the bride’s mother’s wedding gown.
After the ceremony, the arch was brought into the reception area to frame the couple’s sweetheart table. I used lots of lush greens and succulents for the sweetheart garland which draped across the couple’s dinner table. Danielle was game for maximizing her floral budget wherever possible!
Danielle was the sweetest, most down to earth bride. I loved working with her. She was organized and creative and honored me and my style with her trust on her special day.
Congrats to Danielle and Jon! My hope is that we will be friends for a long time to come! All pics by selected photographer through Eivans Inc.
